You know I was on the couch in front of the TV, glass of wine in hand, to watch the season premiere of the Bachelorette!

The Bachelor/Bachelorette is one of my favorite shows, and I was really looking forward to this season after Ben’s season, which was kind of a dud. I actually didn’t watch Brad’s season, so I didn’t see Emily Maynard when she was on the Bachelor previously, it was one of the few season’s I missed. However, I’m really pumped for this season, it looks like it’s going to be exciting! Emily seems like such a sweetheart and I love that she’s a Southern belle. All the guys last night kept going on about how amazing she looked and it’s definitely true, girl is gorgeous! She seems very genuine and you can tell that she loves her daughter. I think the fact that they’re filming this season in Charlotte will make things interesting, and I’m looking forward to watching all the drama unfold.

Last night’s premiere was the typical thing, lots of awkward entrances. I don’t know why people always think they need to do these stupid thing to make an impression, but I guess if everyone just introduced themselves it might get a little boring. Granted it’s always hard to tell from the first episode who the standouts will be, but just based on what I saw last night my favorite guy so far is…

Ryan! He’s from from the South, former at NFL player, works with kids, and I think that him and Emily would be really adorable together. He didn’t get too much screen time last night, but I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of him!
