Today, Cameron and I celebrate FIVE years of marriage!Five years definitely feels like a milestone, and in a way, it’s hard to believe that it has been that long since we got married. On the other hand, a lot has happened in the past 1826 days! We’ve traveled to 17 countries together, we’ve lived in five different states, we’ve adopted a dog, and bought our first house. While there have been some ups and downs, overall, it really has been so much fun.
I feel like our marriage has truly gotten better with each passing year. I really think we can each love the other person better today than five years ago, and it makes me so glad to know that we’re both equally committed to being a good partner for the other person. Although neither one of us is perfect, I really do feel like we are perfect for each other and make a great team. I feel really blessed that I get to be Cameron’s wife, and I can honestly say that there is no one that I’d rather go through life with.
So that’s why I’m BEYOND EXCITED to share some very special news today…
That’s right, our family is growing!
Cameron and I can’t wait to welcome Baby Graybeal later this year 🙂
(We had to make sure that he or she had Keens and is ready for life in Oregon right from the start!)
I’ll be sharing some more details here on the blog next week, so stay tuned! In the meantime, I’m looking forward to going out to dinner for our anniversary tonight – we have a lot to celebrate this year!
