Happy Friday everyone! We now have less than six weeks until our baby boy is due to make his arrival, and it’s a little completely surreal to think that
I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy! (And yes, I realize it could
definitely be more or less than six weeks!) The first trimester seemed
to go so slow, but the rest has really flown by. Cameron and I are both
really excited for this next chapter, but it feels like there is a lot that needs to get done
between now and then! I had really hoped to get some maternity photos
taken, but with our busy schedules lately and the rainy weather that’s
descended on Portland recently, it just didn’t seem like it was going to
happen.

Enter my awesome friend Kelsey.
Not only was she sweet enough to take amazing gender reveal photos for us this summer AND take gorgeous pictures of my baby shower here in Portland but she was also kind enough to agree to do a maternity shoot of our little family of three this past weekend! I’ve honestly really enjoyed being pregnant and I just wanted some relaxed photos that captured how great this experience has been. Kelsey did an incredible job and I’m so happy we have these photos!
I had a really hard time picking which photos to share on my blog…and so instead of narrowing it down, I decided to just share a bunch. I realize that most likely no one cares as much as I do about looking at a zillion photos of Cam and I but just humor the pregnant lady, mmmkay?
I was initially planning on including Lola in more of the photos, but she was had some other ideas about that and didn’t exactly want to cooperate…ha! But we did get a few cute ones with her, and I absolutely love them. She’ll always be our first (fur) baby 🙂
Thank you again to Kelsey for capturing these photos for us!
Have a great weekend everyone 🙂
